Fastbind has enjoyed great success in the US since the introduction of our line of perfect binders and hard cover makers since 2002, and our growth in the last year has been tremendous. With this success we are more than ever committed to supporting our customers. We believe that now with our new US based organization, our new dealer network and distribution model, we can continue and even improve on the high level of service our customers have come to expect from us.

Free supply program

In an effort to communicate these changes to our customers we are announcing our free supply program* to those customers that purchased a Fastbind binder and/or case maker machine prior to 2007.

This program is as follows:

• For every Fastbind binding machine you own, you can receive a 5 lb bag of hot melt adhesive, a $50 value.
• For every case maker you own, we will send you a supply of printable tacking sheets or end sheets, also a $50 value.

It’s easy, just register with us by our online registration form, by sending us an e-mail or calling us with your shipping information and machine serial number and we will send the supplies right out to you.

Should you need additional supplies or technical support, please let us know and we will have your local dealer contact you. We encourage you to register your machines so we may confirm your warranty status and make sure that you are informed of any product updates now and in the future.
